• Standard diagnostic details — the device model in use, app version, general patterns of how the app gets used — kept to help the service run without hiccups.

2. What It's Used For

• Turning raw sensor data into the trends and insights the app displays.
• Processing orders, handling shipping, and managing returns or warranty claims.
• Answering questions and providing support when you get in touch.
• Refining sensor and algorithm accuracy over time, generally using de-identified or aggregated data.
• Sending messages tied to your order, plus — strictly for those who've opted in — occasional news about new products or offers.

3. You Keep Control Of Your Data

Every biometric reading the band collects stays yours. Export your complete history from the Hume Health app whenever you like, and if you'd rather have your account and its data wiped entirely, reach out to support — deletion requests are handled within 30 days, aside from a handful of records (order history, for instance) we're legally required to hold onto.

4. Who Else Sees This Data

We don't sell health information to anyone, full stop. It only moves outside our walls in a narrow set of cases:
