These Terms lay out the conditions for using humeband-official.site and the Hume Health mobile app (referred to together below as the "Services"), operated by Hume Health Corp. Placing an order, registering an account, or otherwise using the Services signals that you accept what's written here.

1. Who's Allowed To Order

Buying from humeband-official.site or registering a Hume Health account requires being 18 or older, or having reached legal adulthood wherever you're based. The Services aren't designed for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

2. How Orders Work

Submitting an order counts as your offer to purchase a Hume Band, plus any extras like the extended warranty, at the listed price. We can decline or void an order in specific cases — suspected fraud, a pricing error, insufficient stock — and any payment collected gets fully refunded when that happens.

All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise and may shift without prior notice, though a price adjustment never applies retroactively to an order you've already placed.

4. Health Disclaimer

The Hume Band is a consumer wellness product designed to help you observe and interpret general lifestyle and health patterns. It's not a medical device and isn't built to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Figures like biological age, metabolic momentum, and illness indicators are wellness estimates generated from sensor readings and internal algorithms — not a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider's judgment.

Speak with a doctor before making medical decisions, and don't hesitate to seek urgent care for a serious concern, regardless of what the app is showing at the time.

5. Your Responsibility For Your Account

Whatever happens under your Hume Health login is on you, so protect your credentials accordingly. Notice anything suspicious about account access? Tell us right away.

6. Things You Shouldn't Do

Don't try to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Hume Band's hardware or software where that would break the law, use the Services in ways that violate someone else's rights, or attempt to break into or disrupt our systems without permission.

7. Who Owns What

"Hume Band," "Hume Health," and the related branding belong to Hume Health Corp. Both the device itself and everything published on this site sit under copyright and intellectual property protection, meaning none of it can be copied or reused without our sign-off.

8. Warranty Limits and Liability

Apart from the specific warranty spelled out in our Refund & Returns policy, the Services come without further guarantees, as permitted under applicable law. Hume Health Corp won't be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses connected to using the product or Services, to whatever extent the law allows that limitation.

9. If These Terms Change

We may revise this document occasionally, and any update shows up as a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after a revision means the new version is what applies to you going forward.

10. Which Laws Apply

These Terms sit under the consumer and commercial laws applicable wherever Hume Health Corp is based, independent of conflict-of-law considerations.
